Participants will develop competencies to:
Develop their coaching practice around utilizing student data to inform classroom adjustments and engage students in a positive learning community
Will practice with the Student Work Analysis protocol and plan for an upcoming opportunity to engage in this process with their Mentee
Incorporate student data to inform coaching Mentees around assessments, scaffolding, and adjustments to co-teaching practices

Mentoring educators Any appropriate district and campus leaders who work with the pre- and early-service teachers, including: Principals, Assistant Principals, Instructional Coaches.
