Learning Readiness & Change Management: In this session, system and campus leaders will assess their readiness to implement change management, explore key strategies, mindsets, and structures to support continuous improvement, deepen their understanding of implementing consistent observation and feedback cycles, and develop strategies to build buy-in and address staff resistance.

Attributes of O/F: In this session, system and campus leaders will develop a shared understanding of the key attributes of an effective observation and feedback cycle. Leaders will explore what high-quality observation and feedback looks like in practice and establish common language and expectations to support consistent implementation across the system.

O/F Classroom Observation Tool: K-5 Math: In this session, system and campus leaders will build their capacity to use the K-5 Math Classroom Observation Tool to conduct high-quality, evidence-based classroom observations. Leaders will practice collecting objective observational evidence, calibrate on indicators of strong instructional practice, and develop the skills needed to deliver targeted, actionable feedback.
