In this session, campus leaders will deepen their capacity to support teachers in meeting the needs of special populations through high-quality questioning
and feedback within PLCs. Leaders will explore responsive PLC practices and develop strategies to ensure all students, including those with diverse learning
needs, access HQIM with fidelity.In this session, campus leaders and teachers will build their capacity to facilitate and monitor student work analysis as a data-driven PLC practice. Participants will practice the student work analysis protocol and explore how to use student data to identify instructional trends and inform next steps.In this session, campus leaders will develop their capacity to maximize the impact of lesson rehearsal and student work analysis within PLCs. Leaders will explore how to leverage these two core practices together to strengthen instructional preparation, identify trends in student learning, and drive
targeted improvements in classroom delivery.
