The 3rd Annual HQIM Symposium: “From Foundations to Excellence” aims to empower district and campus leaders, instructional coaches, and educators with practical strategies to strengthen the implementation of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). Through collaborative learning labs, participants will explore effective instructional planning, school routines, performance management, student engagement, and embedded supports. Participants will leave equipped with actionable strategies, strengthened collaborative practices, and enhanced instructional leadership skills to support sustainable HQIM implementation, improve instructional practices, and ultimately increase student achievement.
