Responding with Confidence: Crisis Intervention in Schools

Throughout the workshop, participants will explore the crisis response process-from recognizing warning signs and assessing immediate needs to provide trauma-responsive support, communicating effectively, collaborating with school teams and families, and supporting recovery following a crisis. The training will combine instruction with real-world school scenarios, small-group discussion, case studies, role-playing, reflection, and hands-on activities. Led by Christina Vasquez
