Elevating to Section 504 Excellence. Do you want to better serve students receiving 504 services? You are invited to attend this FREE Section 504 session on December 8th. Attorney Jose Martin from Richards Lindsay & Martin, L.L.P will provide a Section 504 update with discussion on child find, evaluation and 504 Plans, discipline/behavior, mental health, doctors, medical data, health plans, practical strategies, compliance updates, legal updates and real school case studies.
Throughout the presentation, Jose will highlight the need for school districts to focus attention on current issues arising from the changing Section 504 & IDEA compliance environment created by the diminishment of the U.S. Department of Education and its Office for Civil Rights. Questions are encouraged.
