This session supports teachers in deepening their understanding of Domains 2 and 3 of the T-TESS rubrics to strengthen instructional practice and classroom culture. Teachers will explore how high expectations, clear learning goals, and purposeful instructional strategies align to the indicators within these domains. Participants will review T-TESS Look-Fors and the Teacher Handbook to clarify performance expectations and identify actionable next steps. Through structured reflection and planning, teachers will connect rubric language to daily practice and leave with a cleat plan to refine instruction and enhance the learning environment for all students.
