In this session, campus leaders will deepen their ability to identify and deliver high-leverage action steps specific to mathematics instruction. Leaders will practice using observation evidence to select focused, actionable next steps that accelerate teacher growth and strengthen student outcomes in math.
Also in this session, system and campus leaders will also learn how to establish a sustainable cycle of observation and feedback paired with effective coaching conversations. Leaders will practice identifying high-leverage action steps and delivering feedback that drives instructional improvement.
