In this session, District Coaches and Campus Coaches will facilitate a structured data review with district and campus leaders to analyze trends in fidelity of implementation. Leaders will identify patterns across observation data, discuss root causes of implementation gaps, and develop action plans to address priority areas and accelerate progress toward LIFT outcomes.
