Lost in Translation: Exploiting LLMs Through Multilingual Prompt Injection

Most prompt injection vulnerability assessments for LLMs focus exclusively on English-language attacks. But what happens when threat actors pivot to other languages? This session explores the largely unresearched impact of language on prompt injection effectiveness. We will share our research findings on whether non-English prompts bypass security filters more successfully, and quantify the difference in attack success rates across various languages.
