LIFT High-Leverage Action Steps, Coaching Conversations, and PLC Lesson Rehearsal (Edcouch-Elsa ISD Only)

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

In this session, campus leaders will deepen their ability to identify and deliver high-leverage action steps specific to mathematics instruction. Leaders will practice using observation evidence to select focused, actionable next steps that accelerate teacher growth and strengthen student outcomes in math, reading, and early literacy.
Campus leaders will develop their capacity to facilitate and monitor lesson rehearsal as a core PLC practice. Participants will practice the lesson rehearsal protocol and explore how it builds teacher confidence and strengthens instructional delivery.
