Sheltered Instruction for Administrators

Participants will be able to understand the foundation and purpose of implementing sheltered instruction in the classroom with English learners. During this session, participants will be able to identify and reflect on sheltered instruction models and strategies in order to enhance the teaching provided by their educators. Knowing what to look for will better assist classroom educators, as participants will leave with a comprehensive understanding of sheltered instruction and be inspired to coach and model alongside their educators.
