Restorative Discipline Practices for Administrators

This one day session will provide an overview of the Restorative Discipline philosophy and training on Tier 1 Circles. Participants will learn about the different elements of a circle and will have the opportunity to experience different types of circles. Participants will also learn about different implementation plans to determine the best fit for their district/campus. Restorative Discipline practices is an approach that assists in the improvement of school culture and climate by building school communities and responding to behavior in a more proactive and positive manner.
