In this one-hour session you will learn about the critical ingredient in RTI: collective teacher efficacy. Research findings indicate that a school culture that is steeped in high expectations can achieve significant results in student achievement. You will learn about three bias-based beliefs that limit student progress.

You will then hear an ACTUAL RTI case from the field with questions and general guidance provided. To be selected to share your case, registration at least 3 days prior to the session is recommended. (All case details will remain confidential during the discussion.) The intended audience is: central office leadership (C&I, Bilingual, 504, GT, Special Ed), principals, assistant principals, and other support staff for RTI, parents, community members.
