USDA regulations require state agencies to evaluate Local Education Agency participating in school nutrition programs once every three years. The Administrative Review functions as an accountability system to ensure that the contracting entities are meeting USDA regulations and School Meal Program requirements.
This course will assist the Child Nutrition Director navigate through the process of an administrative review and all its components and timelines. A review of the new Procurement Review Tool, timelines and processes.
Child Nutrition Directors, Assistant Directors, and any administrative staff directly involved with Administrative Review Process.
