CACFP: Meal Patterns (ADC)

This course is designed to teach participants operating the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program the basic meal pattern knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to run effective and compliant programs including the history and legislative changes that affect the school meal standards, the principles of food-based menu planning, lunch and breakfast meal patterns, dietary specifications and offer versus serve. Participants will be provided with instruction on how to accurately complete required Food Production Records in order to support successful management, facilitate communication and document compliance with the new meal pattern requirements.

Workshop Fee will be charged to those who fail to show for a workshop.
To avoid the charge, Staff Development contacts for this workshop must be notified in writing at least 3 business days prior to workshop date.
