Using Curriculum Based Measurement (CBM) in Spelling, Math, Written Expression for SE Literacy Project ONLY

This session is for the SE Literacy Project Cohort 1 ONLY. CBM is a widely used method for screening students for evaluating the effectiveness of instruction and response to an intervention. The CBM process is quick and easy to administer, however, there are guidelines and standards for administering and scoring the measures to assure the validity of results. Whether you have previously heard about CBM or not, this session is for you! We will discuss the basics of this process and practice administering, scoring, and evaluating results. If you work with students who struggle academically, this session is for you! We will analyze YOUR student's work in the areas of spelling, math, and written expression. See special instructions email upon registration for more information regarding the student works samples.
