Meal Production Records for CACFP
This class teaches Contracting Entities (CEs) basic Meal Production Record (MPR) skills including how to fill out related forms, how to use meal documentation to support the MPR and how to use the MPR to improve forecasting, communication, organization and to demonstrate compliance. This class is for cooks, directors, managers and other CACFP Staff. This class will be conducted virtually. Zoom Link will be provided once you register.
All requests for cancellation must be submitted through omnitrack or in writing to ESC Region 2 (ESC-2) and received no later than 5 working days before the scheduled start of an event. In the event of a Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy, the conference policy shall take precedence over the ESC-2 Cancellation/Refund policy.
