State & Federal Program Directors Training for New Directors and Campus Administrators, Part 1
Join us for this engaging 2-part workshop and equip yourself with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to make a lasting impact as a new Federal Programs Director. By the end of the 2-part workshop, you will be empowered to effectively manage federal programs and drive positive change in your district.
During this 2-part workshop, you will:
1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of federal programs with a deep dive into key federal programs, their intent and purpose, and the legislative framework that governs them;
2. Be equipped to leverage available resources and maximize their impact on student achievement;
3. Learn how to align federal programs with your district's goals and priorities by exploring strategies for identifying gaps, setting realistic goals, and crafting plans that effectively utilize
federal funding to drive measurable outcomes; and
4. Master grant management by understanding the reporting requirements, compliance regulations,monitoring and evaluating program implementation, and maintaining accurate documentation.
All requests for cancellation must be submitted through omnitrack or in writing to ESC Region 2 (ESC-2) and received no later than 5 working days before the scheduled start of an event. In the event of a Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy, the conference policy shall take precedence over the ESC-2 Cancellation/Refund policy.
