Navigating ESSA Compliance: LEA Maintenance of Effort
Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.
Understanding and complying with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESSA) is pivotal for educational leaders, particularly in the realm of Local Education Agency (LEA) Maintenance of Effort (MOE). The LEA MOE requirement mandates that local educational agencies maintain a consistent level of financial support for K-12 education, preserving state and local investments to ensure quality education and equitable opportunities for all students. This workshop will equip administrators, financial officers, and education stakeholders with the knowledge and skills necessary to grasp the intricacies of LEA MOE and maintain compliance with federal regulations.
