This training, developed by the Texas Complex Access Network (TX CAN), is designed to align with TX CAN's Rubric of Effective Practices and address strategies applicable to one or more of the Rubric's Indicators. TX CAN has created this training to support a standard of high-quality instruction for students with significant cognitive disabilities and to encourage educators to consider the adaptations necessary to facilitate these students' access to the curriculum and educational environment. The session will cover all five courses outlined in the Rubric of Effective Practices.
