TI-NSpire Calculators: Intermediate/Advanced Users (Afternoon session only)

Afternoon session 1:00-4:00 pm
This session will focus on providing teachers with more advanced skills for using TI-NSpire calculators in Texas mathematics classrooms. Teachers will learn about using TI's Rover system to code and create, as well as activities designed to spark student interest and engagement via STEM applications. Participants will receive access to a curriculum alignment document with problem sets and activities designed to address course standards, and will receive instruction in using the Navigator system for formative assessments. Additionally, participants will receive a 3-year license to TI-NSpire teacher software as well as tips for supporting emergent bilingual students with technology. Teachers may also sign up for the TI-NSpire morning session to build their own capacity to attend this session.
