State Compensatory Education for New Federal Programs Directors

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

State Compensatory Education (SCE) is a vital program designed to support students who are at risk of academic failure, particularly those from low-income backgrounds or with other challenges that hinder their educational progress. As a new federal programs director, it is essential to understand the foundational principles and objectives of SCE to effectively implement and manage these resources.

During the workshop, participants will explore the eligibility criteria, funding mechanisms, and best practices for leveraging state compensatory education resources. Attendees will also learn about collaborative strategies to engage families and communities, as well as how to foster partnerships that enhance student success.
