CASTING HOPE SYMPOSIUM: NAVIGATING THE WATERS MENTAL HEALTH AND COUNSELING

On July 30, Dr. Alan Wolfelt will deliver a virtual live presentation titled Helping Children and Teens Cope With Grief: A Companioning Philosophy of Caregiving. The day will also feature interactive workshops and breakout sessions, providing attendees with practical tools and strategies for mental health support, as well as opportunities for networking.
On July 31, the spotlight will shift to academic counseling. Keynote speaker John Muniz will present on Special Education Guidelines, Resources, and Documentation on Their Responsibilities and Legal Requirements. The day will also include hands-on workshops, engaging discussions, and opportunities to connect with professionals in education.. Open to mental health professionals, counselors, educators, social workers, community leaders, and anyone interested, this event is a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and inspire meaningful change.
