Requirement: Participants in this course must be current cohort participants who are accepted into the ESC2 Partners for Educational Leadership (PEL) program.
Course Summary:
This course focuses on equipping educators and school leaders with the skills needed to analyze and interpret data from the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR). Participants will learn how to identify key areas of concern related to student performance and achievement by examining campus-level data. Through this process, they will develop a deeper understanding of how data-driven decision-making supports academic growth. The course will also emphasize the critical role of using this data to create a well-developed, targeted Campus Improvement Plan (CIP) that addresses identified needs, sets measurable goals, and outlines actionable strategies for continuous school improvement.
