Building Stronger School Communities with Restorative Practices

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Restorative practices help build and maintain healthy relationships, foster a sense of community, and create supportive learning environments. Research demonstrates that they can reduce undesirable student behaviors while equipping students with essential skills for self-discipline and personal growth. This workshop offers a comprehensive overview of the foundations of restorative practices and the distinctions between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 circles. Participants will also explore key considerations for successful implementation and take part in a live community-building circle to experience the power of connection firsthand. We invite all educators and other professionals who are interested in implementing Restorative Practices in their classroom, on their campus, or district-wide to attend.
