Partners for Educational Leadership Workshop/Class Session

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

This workshop is designed for participants in the Partners for Educational Leadership program who are pursuing principal certification. The session focuses on building the knowledge and skills necessary to serve as an effective instructional leader on a campus. Grounded in the Texas Principal Standards and aligned to the 268 Principal as Instructional Leader (PIL) Domains and Competencies, the workshop emphasizes strategies that strengthen instructional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the development of a campus culture centered on student success.

Participants will engage in interactive learning experiences that deepen their understanding of the principal’s role in shaping teaching and learning, monitoring instructional practices, and leading professional growth. By the end of the workshop, participants will enhance their ability to connect theory to practice, demonstrate proficiency in core leadership skills, and apply competencies that support readiness for the Texas Principal Certification.
