From Friction to Flow: Practical Sensory Dysregulation for the Classroom

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

In a busy classroom, a flickering light or a scraping chair isn't just a distraction—for some students, it’s a neurological "threat." This fast-paced, practitioner-focused workshop provides education staff with a toolkit to support students with ADHD, Autism, and Emotional Disabilities who struggle with sensory processing. We will explore the why, introduce the 8 Sense Network, environmental hacks to work, and pre-symptom scans to work with the dysregulated.

Why It Matters
When we meet a student’s sensory needs, we lower their anxiety and increase their "window of tolerance" for learning. This workshop moves past theory into immediate, Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions that you can implement the very next day. Make and take workshop.
