Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Take the next step into accessible 3D printing in this hands-on follow-up session to Prints Charming: Bringing Learning to Life. Participants will learn the foundational workflow of 3D printing, including locating models, using slicer software, preparing printers, understanding basic settings, and completing a guided print using PLA filament.
Attendees will also explore beginner troubleshooting, printer safety, file organization, and the differences between PLA and PETG filament for educational use. During the afternoon session, participants will apply these skills through guided hands-on printing and gain confidence using 3D printing to create tactile learning tools for students who are blind, visually impaired, or deafblind.
This beginner-friendly session focuses on practical educational applications that support accessibility, tactile learning, and student engagement within VI services.
