Behavioral Threat Assessments are part of the Safe and Supportive School Program. The purpose of this session is to provide training to all staff on recognizing concerning behaviors that may indicate the need for a Behavior Threat Assessment. This training is for Cross Roads ISD only.

SB 11 from the 86th Legislative session required all schools to receive Behavior Threat Assessment training for their Safe & Supportive Schools Program (SSSP). In this training, participants will learn the basics of threat assessment teams and how they should be structured in schools to best meet the needs of students and campuses when a threat is posed.
