Join our workshop to gain a deeper understanding of the Manifestation Determination Review process as it applies to both Section 504 and Special Education. This workshop is designed for educators, school administrators, and professionals involved in the educational journey of students with disabilities. During this workshop, you will learn about the legal and procedural aspects of the Manifestation Determination Review, including the criteria for determining whether a student's behavior is a manifestation of their disability. We will explore best practices and collaborative strategies for conducting these critical reviews effectively. Participants will be able to attend this workshop in person or virtually via the Zoom link provided in the registration confirmation email.
