Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA): Building the Why – Stakeholder Engagement and System Design Foundations

Participants will explore the rationale for pursuing TIA and learn how to engage key stakeholders early in the process to build understanding and buy-in. Depending on where the district is in the TIA journey, attendees will receive resources to guide the design of their district’s system or to help begin the process of expansion/modification or renewal applications. This workshop is designed to support districts considering a new application, expansion/modification, or renewal application in April 2027.
