LEAs that use Title III funds to provide a language instructional program must implement an effective means of outreach to parents and families of EL children. LEAs must inform parents how they can be active participants in their children's education. This workshop will provide guidance and information about methods and resources to promote family and community engagement among English learner families and communities.
