Variations on The Three Pigs in the EC Classroom

The Three Little Pigs is a well-known story. Imagine how taking a deep dive into the multiple variations can strengthen understanding of character traits, setting's effect on the story, comprehension skills, and author's purpose! Think of the math and science cross-curricular ties that can be integrated as we build and measure objects related to the events in the different stories! Don't forget the art of the illustrations and creating role-playing props! This study would encourage creative and deep thinking in our young students.
