PNP Equitable Services Requirements

This session is for LEAs to gain awareness of the Private Non-Profit Requirement. This training will provide information on the requirements for Title I, Part A; Title I, Part C (Migrant); Title II, Part A (Professional Development); and Title III (Bilingual/ESL, and Title IV, Part A to assist LEAs in meeting program compliance for the students attending a private non-profit school. Other topics include equitable services, consultations, and third-party contracts.
