What's the (Transition) Plan, Stan? 2021-22

This workshop will focus on the transition process and the development of the individual transition plan. We will examine the laws that govern the transition process in Texas, as well as the legal framework and other online resources to support transition services for students with disabilities. The transition plan is an important part of the ARD process and contributes to postsecondary success. Please bring an electronic device to access online resources.
