Transition Assessments: What Does the Data Tell You? 2021-22

Step 1 in the transition process is locating quality transition assessments. Step 2 is looking at the data to build a quality transition plan to support students with disabilities. In this workshop, we will explore several assessments and the types of data they can provide. We will also learn how to connect the data from the transition assessment to all areas of the student's IEP.
