Everyone has good days and bad days. We all experience anxiety, frustration, and numerous other emotions throughout the day. The key to recognizing and de-escalating student behavior is understanding that behavior is a form of communication and knowing when and how to verbally intervene. In this workshop, participants will learn how to recognize behaviors and utilize strategies to de-escalate behavior situations.
