Secondary ELAR Planning with TEKS RS - Modeling in the Classroom

Explicit instruction requires teaching skills and concepts with focused modeling and student practice before students try the skill independently. While this is known and backed by research, what does it look like in an ELAR classroom? How might it impact the ELAR classroom teacher in planning, delivery, and remediation? This session will focus on these topics.

Follow-up Office hours will be offered to support teachers in the implementation of their learning.
