Autism in the Early Childhood Classroom 21-22

Children of all abilities are welcome in your classroom, and you work hard to facilitate learning in a way that meets the needs of every child. However, teachers are frequently challenged when it comes to engaging children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This session will offer strategies that participants can use to meet the individual needs of students while engaging and facilitating learning for children with ASD. Participants will engage in hands on activities that reflect these strategies.
