TIL - Observation Feedback (Spring 22 Cohort)

In this two-day session, campus leadership teams will learn how to develop strong systems for regular observation of teachers and provide timely feedback. Through practice-based professional development and implementation support, campus and district leaders will learn Paul Bambrick-Santoyo's protocol to guide effective instructional practices in every classroom. Leaders will learn how to guide teachers to see a model of success, name a bite-sized action step, and take immediate action that supports growth and development.

Participants will receive copies of both Get Better Faster and Leverage Leadership 2.0 to facilitate implementation within their districts. Teams will receive monthly implementation support and coaching after their initial face-to-face engagement.

Leadership teams should include a team of three (principal manager, principal, and another campus leader.)
