This online course is for anyone involved in the LPAC process since all LPAC members must be trained annually. We will review the Commissioner's Rules in Chapter 89 for Special Populations, Subchapter BB. Participants will receive an overview of the legal requirements and procedures for assessing and serving English Learners (ELs) within the LPAC framework.
