Participants will delve into the many facets of DMAC’s T-TESS application. Appraisers will use normed or self-created tools and processes to conduct walkthroughs and observations and will capture trends and track progress through follow up coaching sessions. A seamless process allows for actionable feedback and conversation. Teachers create, submit, and review their Goal Settings and Professional Development plan in T-TESS. Participants will also learn how the T-PESS application functions for documentation of school leader evaluations.
