Workshop Registration Details

Dave Richards of Richards, Lindsay, and Martin, L.L.P. will provide an introductory overview of Section 504 and address other critical topics such as Section 504 eligibility and relevant legislative updates. His presentation will include a review of recent OCR (Office for Civil Rights) decisions, the importance of processes to OCR, creating Section 504 Plans, and other items of immediate concern.
