Fractions - Fractions - Fractions! Grades 6-12

We find ourselves educating a generation of students with a large population needing hands-on kinesthetic approaches to access and retain content. Our scores across the state show our students struggle with fractions! Teachers at every grade level know students do not like, nor do they understand fractions. Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions is a gap for our students in all grades that needs closing! Come and join us as we will learn how to use various hands-on and virtual approaches for students to "get it" and retain it! Participants will plan and create activities that can be used immediately in the classroom to increase student understanding.
