G/T: Robotics in the Elementary Classroom: Grades 1 - 3

Complete Attendance

Calling all First, Second, and Third grade teachers who are excited about learning and would like to involve their students in the amazing world of robotics!

Participants will learn how to actively engage students in robotics using the LEGO® Education WeDo™ Robotics Construction Set. Focus will be on cross-curricular activities that encourage higher order thinking skills across the content areas while building language and literacy. The last part of the day will be spent sharing ideas on how students may showcase their skills and designs by participating in the Region 7 ESC G/T Student Seminar, WeDo™ Primary Robotics Celebration held in May.
