How Do You Pre-Assess in Mathematics? What Do You Do With the Data? Grades K-12

We know we have students with gaps and unfinished learning in mathematics. How can we as educators best determine what needs to be embedded, retaught, and spiraled? Pre-assessing students' level of understanding is critical for our students' success this school year. The workshop will help you develop valid pre-assessments and learn how to use the data to meet students' needs. Participants will develop a method to examine the data then build small groups and stations to move students to higher levels of achievement and close the gaps. This workshop is offered via face-to-face.
