Impact Coaching For T-TESS Evaluators

Impact Coaching is a two-day training providing instructional leaders the skills needed for creating and sustaining a coaching culture on their campus. Leaders will be provided opportunities to learn and apply specialized skills necessary to transform staff and student outcomes. Participants will be equipped with coaching skills to help improve goal-setting, planning, and reflective practice intended to create high-impact action steps for bringing about immediate results and long-term change in teacher growth. Participants will receive the book Instructional Coaching by Jim Knight as a supplement to this face-to-face training.
