Participants will deepen their understanding of the T-TESS rubric and the instructional pieces of evidence needed to be a Distinguished teacher. Making connections that impact the TIA processes within their districts. Participants will unpack the domains/dimensions directly related to TIA; observe a lesson, and analyze the lesson through the lens of the T-TESS rubric.
