Variability, the Classroom Norm for LEAs 22-23

Today's classroom instruction should include several common practices that are designed to meet the needs of all learners. Schools have an increased emphasis on the use of rigorous evidence-based research in guiding instructional decisions. How do we support school improvement and improve outcomes for students when there isn't a "one size fits all" program? This workshop will challenge your current practices as we deep dive into the evidenced-based research that supports a Universally Designed Classroom (UDL), the multi-tiered student support team, differentiation, accommodating students with disabilities, and documentation. This workshop is for Tenaha ISD.
